Job Function
- Accept mortgage applications and accompanying documents necessary for processing
- Network with Realtors, Attorneys, Financial Advisers and other professionals to build a strong referral pipeline
- Communicate with Processors and Underwriters to ensure all documentation is received by the operations staff to ensure a smooth file flow

- Strong knowledge of the mortgage application process and mortgage guidelines

- Ability to analyze financial documents such as credit reports, bank statements, and income documents to make suitable recommendations.
